Issue #141: Improve instructions for entering lozenge glyph

Add final “Press Enter” for ISO 14755 method (GNU/Linux etc.), and add link
to Wikipedia page on Unicode input.

Delete long Emacs method in favour of short one.

Improve Compose key documentation, and add pointer to pointless-xcompose on
GitHub for more information.
